Introduction to Internal Family Systems

Hosted by IFS practitioner and coach Steph Stern, this free 90-min experiential workshop will help you learn about yourself and the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. IFS is an evidenced-based psychotherapy model and a powerful tool for transformation and healing. This workshop will share the basic IFS framework, and you will be guided through two exercises to gently shift a stuck pattern using compassion as the agent for change.

Develop your capacity for both intimacy and conflict in relationships.

Through a small, ongoing group you’ll work directly on how you are relating to the other group members in the moment. Instead of just talking about how you relate in your life, you practice interacting with others right in the group.
