Befriending the Inner Critic - March 29 at 11am PT/ 2pm ET
We all have one: that judgmental voice inside our heads that tells us how we’re screwing up, how we’re not good enough. Though we often want to quiet or get rid of this voice, our Inner Critic is actually trying to help us be better versions of ourselves. We’ll start to build a trusting relationship with this inner voice so that it’s not as loud or harsh, but can help us to improve in ways that are meaningful to us.
Softening Perfectionism - April 12 at 11am PT/ 2pm ET
In our desire to do our best, many of us hold expectations at such high levels that they are exhausting and far exceed the demands of the task. We want to make consistent positive contributions with high quality in many areas of our lives, but not at the expense of our ability to rest and recharge, and sustain high-performance. In a guided practice, we will explore what drives this perfectionist part of us so that we can soften the demands to achieve better balance.
Transmuting Judgment - April 26, at 11am PT/ 2pm ET
We all judge and yet generally fear being judged. What we judge others for mirrors what we judge ourselves for, and– on top of that–often judge ourselves when we’re being judgmental! As natural as judgment is, it creates disconnection and often obscures the truth. We’ll go through an exercise to transmute judgment into clarity and discernment.
There is one registration link, but you can join just one or all of them!
*** Recording: A recording of this session will be shared with everyone who registers.
